About 2 gallons of water started leaking from the kitchen ceiling after taking a bath in the master bathroom. I text him and he quickly responded with the home warranty company information. It’s nice to know he is still looking out for us even after purchase!

We are coming from California and have not really been to this part of Arizona. Unfamiliar territory is always stressful and no matter how much you prepare in advance, there are just some things you don't know until you talk to a trustworthy local. We had found several places on Zillow we were interested in, especially due to our pet situation, and Jeffrey had a lot of inside knowledge not only about the rental market, but worked really hard to make sure the places we were interested were fully on board with our pets. This was no easy task, but he was really pushing to get answers so that in the two days we had to make the decision of where we were to live, we would have all the answers we needed. On our first day he showed us 3 places and got a feel for our likes and must-haves, and on that evening (having gained a bit more info on the area in general via driving/asking Jeffrey questions) we recalibrated our search and zoned in on a new area and sent some options we liked. He quickly turned around and we had 12 options for the next day, which he warned was a lot, but we were ready. Only 8 ended up confirming in such a short period of time and we saw options we weren't wild about at first glance but surprised us and had many of our "likes" we had discussed with him. He really hit it out of the park with our last option. On our way over to the last place, he was in contact with the landlord to confirm the pet policy. We saw the house, fell in love, and as we were finishing the tour, he got the call that all was great. Thirty minutes later were in to sign the papers and couldn't have been happier. (Unfortunately we had an emergency and couldn't actually sign as we were no longer moving). Jeffrey let us know when he thought listings were shady or unreliable and we found it easy to trust him. He found us exactly what we were looking for and highly recommend him to others. Thank you Jeffrey!
